Blessed Unrest presents fully realized productions in New York City and throughout the world. We hold workshops of plays in development, and our Come If You Dare series showcases our riskiest work.
Throughout the year the Blessed Unrest company trains together weekly to strengthen our ensemble and experiment with methods of creating new material. Training ensures that we are always growing as individual artists and as a company, even while not in production.
Blessed Unrest believes that the most intimate form of communication is artistic collaboration, and the arts have the power to break down cultural barriers. We therefore pursue international exchange and partnership.
2005 to Present: Creative exchange with Teatri Oda of Prishtina, Kosova
We work with artists outside of the theatrical realm to keep our creative process awake.
